About me
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you are truly welcome here. As a qualified counsellor and breath-work coach, registered with the BACP, I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space - both online and in person - where you can talk openly about whatever you're going through.
Life can be overwhelming at times, and whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, or something else, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you with compassion and understanding.
My approach is tailored to you, drawing from different counselling techniques to meet your unique needs. More than anything, I believe that the relationship between us is key - creating a space where you feel truly heard, valued, and supported.
Alongside counselling, I also offer breath-work practices to help calm your nervous system, ease anxiety and depression, and bring a greater sense of peace to your mind and body.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to walk alongside you on this journey. You deserve support, and I’m here when you’re ready.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their professional code of ethics. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate for your peace of mind.
Alongside my private practice, I have specialist experience working with a local cancer counselling charity, where I provided counselling to individuals affected by cancer and other life-limiting conditions. In this role, I supported adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties. This experience has deepened my understanding of the emotional impact of illness and life-changing events, allowing me to offer compassionate and tailored support to those navigating difficult times.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I offer a free initial call where we can gently explore what brings you to counselling and what you hope to gain from our time together. This conversation is led by you - there’s no pressure, just a chance for you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and see if we’re the right fit for your healing journey. My goal is to ensure you feel safe, supported, and heard from the very start.
