About me

I’m an experienced therapist specialising in helping people heal from childhood trauma/ CPTSD. I am based in Newcastle upon Tyne and also work nationally online.

I understand how difficult it can be when old patterns continue to affect the way you see yourself and relate to others.

This may be chronic people pleasing and struggling to set boundaries or say no, self- criticism or maybe just never feeling good enough.

My approach, working integratively with Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and EMDR is about helping you understand and change repeating relational patterns so you can build stronger self-esteem and more balanced relationships.

I am also a fully accredited CBT therapist. If you have tried CBT and feel you did not quite get what you needed, I can draw on my wider training to tailor therapy to you. I am a compassionate, genuine and down-to-earth therapist.

I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation if you'd like to see if we are a good fit for you.

I have been practicing since 2011. My qualifications are: ACAT accredited CAT therapist (CAT Practitoner Training), BABCP accredited CBT therapist (Post- Graduate Diploma in CBT with distinction) and fully trained EMDR therapist.

Email is best for getting in touch for more information or to make an enquiry.
