About me
There are moments when life looks “fine” on the outside, yet inside you feel exhausted, snappy, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed. Many of the people I work with tell me they feel like they’re carrying everything- family life, relationships, expectations, and there’s very little space left for themselves.
I offer a warm, supportive counselling space where you don’t have to hold it all together. A place where you can slow things down, make sense of what’s going on emotionally, and begin to feel more grounded and like yourself again.
I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and those feeling stuck or lost in their roles. This might show up as constant tension, feeling irritable or tearful, struggling to switch off, or noticing patterns in relationships that you don’t want to repeat.
My approach is relational and compassionate. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel genuinely heard and understood, not judged, analysed, or rushed. Sessions are led by what you need, at your pace, and with care for your emotional safety.
Alongside my counselling training, I have a background in hypnotherapy, which gives me a strong understanding of the nervous system, stress responses, and how deeply our emotions live in the body as well as the mind. This informs my work gently, without pressure or techniques being imposed.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or struggling in your relationships, you don’t have to work it all out alone. Reaching out can feel like a big step, but it can also be the start of things feeling lighter and more manageable.
