About me
Do you feel tired of carrying too much on your own?
Do you sometimes feel not heard, not seen, almost invisible,
or as if you were missing something, but not sure what that is?
Do you feel lost, unhappy, frustrated, unsure where to turn?
I’m here.
You’re not alone.
The answers are there.
We can find them together
to shape your life and your inner space into something safe,
steady, and satisfying,
where you feel more in control and closer to where you want to be.
I offer a secure, warm, and reliable space for us to work together at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
In my therapeutic work, for many years, I have accompanied people who are experiencing emotional pain, a sense of being lost, or difficulties rooted in their relationships.
I support adults who struggle with anxiety, low mood, trauma, neglect, low self-esteem, or the effects of controlling or abusive relationships, both in childhood and adulthood.
Across these experiences, I often see a shared core: a disrupted or weakened relationship with oneself.
Much of my work involves helping people reconnect with their own needs, boundaries, and inner awareness, especially where these were never safely recognised, supported, or allowed to develop.
This includes working with long-standing patterns such as people-pleasing, emotional self-neglect, difficulty to say “no”, or feeling responsible for others at the cost of one’s own wellbeing.
I have also had extensive training and experience in working with neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, autism, PDA, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, both professionally and through lived experience.
I work in a neuro-affirming way, respecting difference rather than trying to change or correct it.
I do not tell people how to live or what to change.
Instead, I offer a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, respect, and understanding, where insight, responsibility, and choice can develop naturally over time.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Each person’s journey is different, and what we need can change over time.
I don’t believe there is one right way to do therapy.
My work is grounded in a person-centred and holistic approach, shaped by your history, relationships, identity, and current circumstances.
I believe that meaningful change happens through understanding, presence, and a sense of safety — not through pressure, quick solutions, or being told what to do.
I work collaboratively, paying close attention to your experiences, history, relationships, and the wider context of your life.
Together, we explore patterns, needs, boundaries, and choices — gently and honestly, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you or removing parts of yourself.
It is about integrating them.
It is about developing awareness, strengthening your relationship with yourself, and learning to respond to life in ways that support your wellbeing.
I draw on different therapeutic approaches as tools, guided by your needs rather than a fixed model.
At the centre of my work is you — with respect for your autonomy, responsibility, and capacity for growth.
