About me
I support individuals and couples in Basingstoke and online as they work through grief, loss, and relationship struggles.
I offer a warm, empathetic space to reconnect, grow, and begin to heal, whether you're grieving, feeling stuck, or wanting to strengthen your relationship.
Welcome, You’re Not Alone
If you’re here because you’re grieving or struggling in a relationship, I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone.
I understand how painful loss can be, I’ve experienced it myself. Grief is heavy, messy, and often lonely. But I’ve also seen, both personally and professionally, how it can lead to deep reflection, growth, and healing.
We don’t “move on” from grief; we grow around it.
How I Can Help
I work with individuals and couples in Basingstoke and online who are:
- Navigating grief and loss
- Struggling in their relationships
- Going through breakups or life transitions
- Trying to rebuild trust or connection
- Supporting a loved one with illness, relationship difficulties, or bereavement
I offer a safe space to make sense of what you’re feeling, to be fully heard, and to take steps towards understanding and healing, whether on your own or as a couple.
Grief and Loss
Loss affects everyone differently, there is no "right" way to grieve.
Whether you've lost someone you love, experienced the end of a relationship, or are grieving the future you imagined, you might feel:
- Isolated or misunderstood
- Numb or overwhelmed
- Unsure how to move forward
People might say things like, “You should be grateful for the time you had,” or “You’ll feel better soon.” But grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and you don’t have to pretend to be okay.
In therapy, there’s space for your truth. We’ll move at your pace, exploring your emotions and helping you begin to process what you’re carrying.
Couples Therapy in Basingstoke and Online
Every relationship faces challenges. You might be:
- Arguing or feeling stuck
- Experiencing emotional distance
- Struggling with big life transitions
- Repeating painful patterns
- Deciding whether to stay or separate
Whether you’re hoping to reconnect or navigating a breakup, couples therapy provides a space to talk openly, feel heard, heal, and find a new way forward together.
Many couples come not because they’re in crisis, but because they want to strengthen their bond and improve communication.
When relationships are ending, I help couples separate with care, especially where children or shared responsibilities are involved.
I offer a warm, empathetic space where you can feel safe to explore what’s really going on.
My style is relational and collaborative. I help you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply, break unhelpful patterns, and grow.
Together, we’ll:
- Explore the root causes of your struggles.
- Work through difficult conversations.
- Break unhelpful patterns.
- Rebuild trust and strengthen communication.
- Deepen your connection with yourself and others.
- Use practical tools that you can apply outside the therapy room to create lasting progress.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
