About me

Grief, bereavement and loss can feel like an unsurvivable human experience. You may be struggling to cope after the loss of a loved one, you might be coming to terms with the loss of a relationship or job, you might be feeling a bit stuck and struggling to find a way forward in your life. Working through feelings of loss and grief can feel incredibly challenging. You might be looking for a way to feel more present in your life, you might be hoping to feel more connected with the people in your life or might be looking to feel a bit more like yourself again.

I would love the opportunity to work with you to figure out what healing looks like for you. The loss of a much loved person or loss of a relationship are experiences we grow through rather than experiences to be processed and moved on from. I work with you to explore what this loss means to you, the wider impact this has had on your life and the ways in which your grief can be integrated into your life.

I understand that committing to counselling takes courage and that working with a counsellor who is a good fit for you is important. I encourage anyone interested in working together to book an initial 50 minute session. Please feel free to email me to arrange an initial appointment or if you have any questions, I aim to respond within 48 hours.
