About me

Hi, Are you exhausted and overwhelmed by life? Wanting to rediscover happiness and break free from the cycle of negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours, rest assured that you're not alone! Together, we can embark on a collaborative journey to understand the factors that have led you to this point and explore how your thinking impacts how you feel and, how that affects your actions. My goal is to equip you with knowledge that will empower you to make well-informed decisions and, enable you to respond rather than react to life events.

Based in Glasgow's east end, I work with a variety of issues, and I am particularly interested in helping clients address Anxiety, Depression, and Low Self-esteem by nourishing unused potential and resilience. I will bring a creative approach to our sessions and adapt therapy to suit your unique learning style, personality, pace, and preferences.

I understand that taking that first step can be daunting, so why not reach out so we can discuss any worries you may have about therapy? The initial chat is free, so there is nothing to lose.

Further information

I am a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, but I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Therefore, in sessions, I borrow tools from other modalities so that we can use what best suits the client's individual needs and beliefs.
