About me

You have taken the hardest step - the first one!  You have shown the strength you already have within yourself.  In contacting me, we can now work together to find out what is troubling you and to enable you to find your answers to questions in your mind.
I can help with anxiety, depression, relationships, family related issues and low confidence/mood.

i am a Person-Centred counsellor primarily but use CBT techniques and action plans as required.

We are all individuals and manage our feelings and thoughts very differently.  It is quite easy to get 'stuck' in a particular way of doing things which, over time, will not be effective.  This can be changed - with my help.

I can provide a setting, which is totally private and where you can be yourself.  You will be listened to in complete confidence in a caring and non-judgemental way.  You can have individual sessions or a course, whichever suits you best.

I am bound by ethical guidelines of the National Counselling Society for good  professional practice and am fully insured.  I have regular clinical supervision.

Please note that I have an Essex practice and a London practice for your convenience.

I also work with EAPs [Employee Assistance Programmes]  e.g. AVIVA
