About me
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
A safe space to talk. A place to feel heard. Support wherever you are.
I believe everyone deserves a personal, confidential space where they can be themselves, explore what they’re going through, heal from difficult experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I offer compassionate counselling to clients across the UK and internationally, bringing meaningful support and connection to you, wherever in the world you may be.
Life can be overwhelming at times and you may have a specific problem that you want to understand and overcome Or, you may be facing issues such as anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, overthinking, or simply feeling stuck. I offer a calm, supportive environment where teens and adults alike can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s going on.
As an experienced, credentialed counsellor, I am here to support you in exploring your issues, helping you to understand perhaps why you think, feel and behave the way that you do. I can provide you with tools and coping strategies, tailored to your unique needs, for you to be able to have a better experience of life. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in your ability to grow and heal. Together, we’ll explore your story and uncover the strengths and insights that already live within you.
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I work primarily as an integrative counsellor - blending techniques from various therapeutic approaches to create a personalised plan that meets your counselling goals. No two people are the same, and your sessions will reflect that.
Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or simply need someone to talk to, you're welcome here. Let’s take the next step together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

About My Counselling Practice
Welcome. My counselling premises offer a safe, confidential, and calm environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Located in a quiet and private setting, the space is designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease, whether you're seeking short-term support or looking for longer-term therapeutic work.
My Way of Working
I am an experienced integrative therapeutic counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. While I have a particular specialism in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I also incorporate elements from multiple modalities to provide an integrative, flexible, and personalised approach.
Integrative therapy is particularly helpful for managing issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, and behavioural patterns. However, therapy is not just about managing symptoms, our work together may also involve exploring deeper emotional experiences, unresolved past issues, and how your relationships and environment impact your wellbeing. Therapy is also supportive for our day to day lives, providing a space to 'off load,' be seen, and heard.
Online and Telephone Counselling
In addition to in-person sessions, I am also an experienced online and telephone counsellor, offering the same level of support, connection, and confidentiality remotely. This flexible option can be especially helpful if you prefer to access therapy from the comfort of your own home or have difficulty attending sessions in person.
What to Expect
Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are offered on a weekly basis, although this can be adapted depending on your needs. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I aim to create a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
