About me
I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist offering one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults. I work with a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety and stress
Low self-esteem and low confidence
Loneliness and isolation
Relationship and family difficulties
Life transitions and identity questions
Bereavement, grief, and loss
People often come to therapy in response to a specific challenge, or because they want to take time to reflect more deeply on their life. You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your direction. You may want to make sense of experiences from your past, explore your current situation, or consider what’s next. I offer a reflective and supportive space in which to do that work.
My Approach
I offer personalised, integrative psychotherapy tailored to your needs. I don’t follow manualised methods or fixed protocols. Instead, I draw from a range of therapeutic models – including existential, person-centred, and creative approaches – depending on what feels most helpful for you. My aim is to support your own inquiry into what’s happening in your life and how you want to respond to it.
In our initial session, we will explore what brings you to therapy and whether we feel well-suited to work together. From there, we can agree on a way of working – whether open-ended or for a specific time period. Some clients work with me for a few sessions, others over a longer period.
Who I Work With
I work with adults of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Many of my clients are navigating times of change or questioning, or have a sense of not quite fitting the expectations around them. My role is to offer a space where you can explore your experience without pressure or judgement.
Training, qualifications & experience
I offer personalised, integrative psychotherapy that draws on a range of ideas and approaches. My work is informed by over 15 years’ experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
I am accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA). I abide by the UKCP’s Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct.
My core training is in existential psychotherapy, with additional training in person-centred therapy, integrative arts-based approaches, and eco-psychology/nature-based facilitation. I do not use fixed protocols, but instead tailor the work to what best supports you.
Key qualifications and professional development include:
- Diploma in Clinical Supervision, Psychosynthesis Trust (2025)
- Level 1, Gottman Method Couples Therapy (2025)
- Certificate in Clinical Supervision, Metanoia Institute (2022)

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
