Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.
✧ I'm an experienced practitioner based in Stone, Staffordshire, with more than 25 years' experience supporting children, adults, families and counsellors across the voluntary, statutory and private sectors.
✧ My work brings together professional counselling and intuitive healing recognising the connection between emotional wellbeing, the nervous system, the body and our inner world. Every person is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet the individual rather than relying on a single therapeutic model.
✧ Alongside my private practice, I continue to work as a Family Therapist within a primary school, supporting families to improve emotional wellbeing, relationships, behaviour and school attendance.
✧ My professional journey has included roles within the criminal justice system, social care, leaving care services, education, supported family contact, mentoring, clinical supervision and counselling. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of the challenges people face throughout different stages of life.

✧ Healing has been part of my life since childhood. My interest in meditation, energy healing and spiritual development has continued alongside my counselling career, leading me to train in areas including Reiki, meditation, medical intuition and energy healing. Today, these disciplines complement my clinical work, offering clients a holistic approach that honours both evidence-informed practice and personal experience.
✧ I'm particularly interested in the relationship between the nervous system, cranial anatomy, emotional wellbeing and intuitive healing, and I continue to study and develop these areas through ongoing professional training.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

- Positive Vibes Healing Evening with Singing Bowls, Energy Healing & Crystals ~ A sensory, restorative and immersive evening held bi-monthly. Intention setting, guided meditations with a different high vibe theme each month, hands on healing from TWO HEALERS, crystal healing, crystals in the room and sound healing over the body with singing bowls, reiki drum and Gong. This is a full body, high vibe reset!!!

These 75 minute sessions are designed to create a real shift in how you feel.
I support your current emotional, physical and spiritual state, helping your system to rebalance.
Your treatment includes:
• Intuitively chosen oracle card for your healing journey
• Anointing with essential oil (optional)
• Hands on energy healing
• Healing frequencies from the reiki drum and Tibetan bowl
• Quartz crystals placed on your body

🔹The Craniosacral, Somatic & Energy Healing Journey - £110
This 75 minute body based healing experience helps the body to just stop and rest and involves working with the physical holding of patterns through the brain, spine, breath and muscular tone.
A therapeutic experience where you are supported by Hannah Beard Osteopath and myself an intuitive somatic energy healer.
Guided relaxation, sound healing, crystals on the body and ambient healing soundscape music closing with a warming shot of herbal tea.

This journey is particularly suited for women experiencing chronic stress, emotional overload, anxiety or a sense of disconnection from their body.

What to expect when you get in touch:
An initial conversation with me is an opportunity for us both to explore whether my work is the right fit for you.
I offer a free 15 minute exploratory call, where you’re welcome to ask questions about how I work and the different healing options available.
I’ll also invite you to share a brief outline of what’s brought you here, so we can consider what is appropriate for your needs.
If my work isn’t the right fit, I’ll always signpost you to another practitioner where possible.
During our initial conversation, I’ll explain:

This allows you to make an informed and unpressured decision.
Ways of working:
Some sessions are offered online, others in person and this will be discussed clearly before any commitment is made.
