About me
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I’m here to meet you with warmth, insight, and a personalised approach. I believe that no two people are the same, so no two therapeutic journeys should be, either. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring the experiences and patterns that shape your life. My work is thoughtful and thorough, offering you a safe and compassionate space to heal, understand yourself more deeply, and make lasting changes.
I specialise in working with adolescents and adults facing a range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, identity struggles, psychosomatic issues (such as digestive issues, headaches, chronic pain, nausea, etc), disordered eating, addiction, and relationship difficulties. My approach is integrative and holistic. I draw from trauma-informed rescripting, psychodynamic therapy, relational therapy, parts work, somatic approaches, and person-centered care.
What You Can Expect
I believe that real, meaningful change takes time. Many of our struggles are rooted in years of experience, and healing requires patience and care. While the work is not quick, my clients do feel better, gain clarity, and develop new ways to navigate life. If you are ready for change, I’m here to guide you through a process that honours your pace and unique needs.
I don’t simply apply techniques, I also offer psychoeducation to help you understand the "why" behind your feelings and behaviours. With this knowledge, you can regain your inner strength, let go of past wounds, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
My Unique Approach
What sets my work apart is the integration of traditional psychotherapy with holistic, body-focused methods. I pay attention to how psychological struggles show up physically, whether through chronic tension, pain, or other symptoms and together, we work toward lasting relief. My warm, insightful and gently direct style helps clients feel supported while encouraging deep self-reflection and growth.
Practical Details
I offer both online and in-person sessions from my practice in Chigwell. My hours are flexible, with a sliding scale: sessions between 9 am and 5 pm are available at a regular rate, while early morning (before 9 am) and evening (after 6 pm) appointments are charged at a higher fee. I also offer a free 20-minute conversation to help you decide if we’re the right fit.
Next Steps
If you're ready to begin this journey, I’m here to walk with you. Reach out today to schedule a conversation—I look forward to connecting with you.
