About me
I’m a ‘Transactional Analysis (TA)’ counsellor and Psychotherapist.
TA, can be described as a theory of personality and relationships based on a study of specific ego states, a theory of social interaction or interpersonal communication and system of group and /or personal growth and personal change.
People seek counselling and therapy for all kinds of reasons, and I aim to meet everyone with genuine interest and curiosity, aiming to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and friendly space where you can explore yourself, and I can support you to make positive and enduring changes in your life.
With many years of previous experience as a registered nurse, I have worked with clients of all age ranges, a diversity of nationalities, culture and needs; including children and young people and sexual and reproductive health and supported clients in making appropriate choices to meet their individual needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma (level6) Transactional Analysis Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am accredited member with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy society. Membership number no NCS21-00520
I am registered as a Registered Nurse (Adult and SCPHN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Registration
