About me
Hi I'm Jude I work with both individuals and couples to help you understand and work through what is going on for you right now. Some of these issues may include anxiety, depression, grief, loss of identity or direction in life, traumas, difficulties in relationships including attachment or intimacy issues, addictions, low self esteem/low self worth or maybe something else. Maybe you don't know why you feel low and don't want to share with your family and friends, or perhaps life just feels meaningless.
Whatever it is, I can help you understand the emotions and feelings that you are experiencing and help you work through them to move forward towards a more positively fulfilled life and some acceptance of yourself and your circumstances. When we first speak together I can get some idea of what you want within the sessions as often clients need different approaches, for example someone suffering with anxiety may want to learn tools to help them, whereas another client may be coming to talk about something they have never shared previously and need a different approach to feel heard and help understand what has happened to them. Ultimately it is about what you want and need to help you change and move forward. We will have regular reviews to ensure you are getting what you want out of therapy.
