With nothing to lose, get in contact today.

Hi there, thanks for stopping by. I know finding the right support in a complex world can be overwhelming, so I thank you for taking the time to read this and I'll keep things clear and simple

With nearly ten years of experience working in mental health in various roles and over 1,300 supervised counselling hours, it is my fundamental belief that therapy should be accessible to everyone, not just those in crisis, and can benefit anyone courageous enough to put down their mask and invest in themselves through therapy.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I take pride in creating a supportive and empowering environment that allows people to safely explore the patterns that drive their challenges and lead to feelings of being stuck, like the same day on repeat or feeling that change is forever out of reach.

My sincere passion for helping others through counselling work has given me the opportunity to develop a wide range of experiences working with challenges such as stress, burnout, family dynamics, trauma, self-esteem issues, life transitions and even identity struggles.

My person-centred approach is never cookie-cutter but always tailored to your unique needs, ensuring I work hard so that each client feels they have gained something life-enhancing from therapy.

Whether you are dealing with long-standing patterns or something that feels new and unexpected, my approach is grounded in meeting people where they are. With that in mind, I invite you to show up as you are and together, we can work through whatever you bring and find a path forward that feels right for you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
