About me
As there are many ways of working or ‘modalities’ in counselling and psychotherapy, my modalities in counselling are Integrative Therapy and applying different therapies according to each client case. Mostly I have integrated CBT therapy which is most widely-used therapy for anxiety disorders and is effective in the treatment of panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety disorder and generalized anxiety disorder among many other conditions.
A am qualified counsellor/psychotherapist with proven experience supporting clients and committed to delivering client-centered support that gradually empowers individuals to make informed decisions. Possesses detailed understanding of National Counselling Psychotherapy Society Professional Conduct and Ethical Framework and applies such standards in interaction with clients.
Sound knowledge and experience of theoretical counselling approaches and their application in real-world settings. Having a special interest in Integrative Counselling, Person Centered Counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Humanistic Approach, Psychodynamic Approach and Gestalt Therapy.
I have special interest in Loss and Bereavement.
