About me
What brought you here is the same reason that brought me. Are you are looking for someone who has stood in your shoes, experienced the same shame, and impact of addiction and compulsive behaviours. Someone who understands and won’t judge you, has the tools to walk alongside you through your recovery. Then get in touch.
Do you feel trapped in patterns of sexual behaviour that no longer reflect your inner self?
You may find yourself repeatedly turning to pornography, affairs, anonymous encounters, or other sexual behaviours, even when you genuinely want to stop. Perhaps you’ve promised yourself “this is the last time,” only to feel caught in a painful cycle of secrecy, guilt, and shame.
Living with these struggles can be exhausting, with many people describing feeling divided between the life they present to others and the private behaviours they hide. Over time, this can affect your relationships, self-esteem, mental health, and sense of identity.
I work with adults (18+) online, who are experiencing Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD) and related difficulties, including:
- Pornography and online sexual addiction
- Infidelity and secretive sexual behaviours
- Difficulties with trust, intimacy, or commitment
- Shame, anxiety, and low self-worth connected to sexuality
My Approach
In therapy, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about experiences that may feel too difficult to share anywhere else. Together, we explore what is driving these behaviours - often linked to stress, trauma, loneliness, attachment patterns, or emotional regulation - and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Rather than focusing only on “stopping” behaviours, we work to understand your story, rebuild self-trust, and create a more fulfilling and authentic relationship with yourself and others.
Whether you feel ashamed, stuck, confused, or simply tired of living a double life, you don’t have to face this alone. Therapy can help you move towards greater freedom, honesty, and emotional wellbeing.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’m here to support you.
Why work with me?
This is not work for me, it’s a calling and deeply personal, following my own recovery and changing my career, I am passionate about helping others on their own journey.
I am an associate of the London Centre for Addictions, under the mentorship of Nathan Jones, who has worked with Dr. Alex Katehakis, a renowned US expert in sex addiction, and developed the neurobiologically informed Integrative Approach for Treating Sex Addiction (IATSA) model.
I now adopt these skills and techniques to offer an integrative approach to treatment, creating a relational work to support long-term recovery.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
