About me
I am an integrative Psychologist, meaning that I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches depending on your goals, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Mindfulness, Compassion-focused and Dialectic behavioural therapy (DBT) informed approaches. Presentations I work with include; Anxiety, Depression, PTSD / Trauma, OCD, Stress, and low self-esteem amongst others. I aim to work collaboratively with clients and to provide a secure and non-judgemental space to facilitate understanding and change in a way which best suits your needs.
Therapy can be short-term and goal-focused (usually CBT) or more open-ended and exploratory. I am registered with the following insurers: AXA, AVIVA, BUPA, Cigna, Vitality and WPA.
Please feel free to reach out to arrange an initial phone call where we can talk about what difficulties you are experiencing and how we might work together. There is no obligation to continue with the therapy if it doesn't feel like a good fit, I will answer any questions you may have and give you a sense of what the therapy might look like.

I completed my training at the University of Surrey and have eight years of experience working in various mental health settings.
