Supervision details
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and BPS-trained Clinical Supervisor offering integrative, reflective supervision to qualified and trainee psychologists and psychological therapists.
My supervision approach is collaborative and can be adapted to whatever kind of support you are seeking in relation to clinical work, training, starting in or developing your private practice, or broader career reflection. The main therapeutic approaches I work with are CBT, ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy alongside relational, DBT and Schema informed approaches. I aim to provide a space in which clinicians can think openly about their work, develop their clinical judgement and confidence, and explore both therapeutic process and their own developing professional identity.
I have particular interests in autism and neurodivergence, social anxiety, masking and autistic burnout, and trauma and anxiety more broadly. I can also support supervisees with formulation, risk and ethical decision-making, adapting therapy for neurodivergent clients, and navigating or developing private practice.
Supervision is available online and in person in London.
Fees for Qualified practitioners are £100 and for trainees £80.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
