About me

Welcome

My name is Joseph Tucker, and I am passionate about guiding individuals toward healing and growth. With over a decade of experience as a counsellor, I have had the privilege of serving as the lead practitioner at a residential rehabilitation facility. I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. As the lead practitioner of a residential rehab, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the treatment programs and providing comprehensive support to our clients.

Areas of Expertise

BA (Hons) | NCPS Accred | AP | Dip. Couples | FdSc Addiction

My expertise extends across various domains of counselling, including group therapy, couples counselling, family therapy, and individual sessions. Whether facilitating group discussions, fostering communication between partners, mediating family conflicts, or offering personalised guidance in one-on-one sessions, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where healing can take place.

Approach to Counselling

In my practice, I adopt a holistic approach that addresses the interconnected aspects of an individual's life, including their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques with empathy and understanding, I strive to empower my clients to explore their challenges, discover their strengths, and embark on a journey of personal transformation.
