About me
So, you are taking that hardest first step to reach out for help.
I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapeutic counsellor with a Master's degree in Psychodynamic Practice from the University of Oxford. I have over 10 years of clinical experience in various settings, working with a wide range of issues including:
- Addictive, Self-harming behaviours
- Anxiety and Depression
- Identity and Self-esteem
- Loss and Trauma
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Relationship and family difficulties
- Sex and Sexuality related issues
Thinking psychodynamically, I will help you to get in touch with lesser known parts of yourself that might have been the driving force behind the repetition of problematic behaviours or relationship patterns. Together we will work through the root causes of your difficulties and make lasting changes.
I offer both long and short term individual counselling and psychotherapy at Canary Wharf (face-to-face) and online (Zoom).
I also offer therapy in Korean.
