About me

Therapeutic Counsellor specialising in Anxiety, Depression and Relationship Issues in Leamington Spa & Warwickshire.

We often hide parts of ourselves we fear are ‘too much’ or ‘not enough.’ I offer a space for exploration where you can speak the unspoken without judgment. If you feel something needs to change, this is a safe, supportive place to begin.

Choosing to start counselling is a positive and active step. It is a decision to allow yourself the time and space to understand your thoughts and feelings in a meaningful way.

How I Work
My approach is built on safe exploration. In life, there is rarely an opportunity to speak openly with friends or family without fear of their reaction or judgment. I offer you a confidential space to look deep within and understand what it really means for you to be a whole person.

Together, we can work to:

  • Understand repeating patterns and emotional reactions.
  • Develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
  • Move toward feeling more grounded and confident.

While I work with a wide range of human experiences, I have an interest in:

Anxiety & Stress: Navigating the physical and mental toll of constant worry and the impact this can have on shrinking your world and your potential.

Relationship Patterns: Understanding why we show up the way we do with others. Communication issues, divorce, making a decision to walk away or a betrayal that is causing anguish.

Self-Worth & Shame: Working through what the 'inner critic' has to say and where it comes from.  How to build genuine self-compassion.

Life Transitions: Supporting you when life feels disconnected or 'stuck'.  This could be a lack of purpose, relationships, leaving behind a career after retirement or redundancy, getting older and mortality.

Taking this step can be the start of lasting improvement rather than continued coping or remaining hidden.

If you are considering taking the first step, you are welcome to get in touch for a free initial 20-minute discussion or to arrange a first session.

If contacting by phone, please leave a voicemail and contact number. I will respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
