About me
I am a compassionate, client-centred counsellor offering a safe, confidential space where you can explore whatever has brought you to therapy, at a pace that feels right for you. I work with adults experiencing trauma, addiction, anxiety, OCD, stress, and bereavement, and I recognise how deeply these difficulties can affect daily life, relationships, and sense of self.
I work from a pluralistic position, meaning I believe there is no single approach that suits everyone. Instead, I value collaboration and flexibility, tailoring our work together to your individual needs, preferences, and goals. My practice is grounded, non-judgemental, and respectful, and I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I offer counselling through home visits, face-to-face sessions, online, and by phone, allowing you to choose the format that feels most accessible and comfortable for you. Whether you are coping with the impact of past experiences, struggling with addictive behaviours, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or intrusive thoughts, or navigating loss, you do not have to face it alone. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
I offer a free introductory 15 minute call to see if we are able to work together.
