About me

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with consulting rooms in King's Cross and Moorgate. I offer both time-limited (12 sessions) and open-ended psychotherapy, either in-person or online.

You may already have a sense of what psychotherapy will be like, or you may not. Either way, choosing a therapist can be difficult. You can contact me by email, voicemail or text, and I will contact you to arrange an initial consultation meeting. During the consultation, we will reflect together on what leads you to seek therapy at this time and think about the outcomes you are hoping for. This will also be a chance for us to meet and to think about whether you will find therapy helpful.

My approach is based on you as an individual and the issues you bring. Regular sessions give you a consistent space to talk about what is happening in your life, to focus on yourself and to explore things which may be difficult to discuss in other environments, in confidence, and without judgement. In doing so, therapy can help you to find greater insight into complex emotions, experiences, and patterns of behaviour, so that life may become more manageable and fulfilling.

People often contact me who are struggling with:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression and low moods
  • Low self-esteem and lack of confidence
  • Relationship and interpersonal problems
  • Problems at work
  • Feelings of overwhelm
  • Anger
  • Self-harming behaviours
  • Sexual issues
  • Abuse (physical or psychological)
  • Trauma
  • Addictive behaviour
  • Loss

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time and on the same day each week. My consulting room in King's Cross is located just across the road from the station. I also offer sessions from Moorgate Therapy, near Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.

Please contact me to arrange an initial consultation. I aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
