About me
I run a private practice in a relaxed and confidential setting located in a quiet village between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. As an experienced psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner, I am able to offer my clients the skills and empathy required to achieve positive and lasting change. I have assisted many individuals in reaching their goals and realising their true potential. I work with employees in various industries on an individual or group basis to promote wellbeing and improve productivity within the workplace.
In addition to my private practice, I also develop a range of hypnosis apps available on iTunes and Android, which have had over 100,000 audio plays.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society and I adhere to their Code of Ethics. I am on a register that has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Prior to arranging therapy, a telephone consultation is provided which is free of charge.
