About me

I am an experienced counsellor, therapist, and ADHD Assessor, working with clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and neuroqueer clients, for over 7 years. I support individuals aged 14+ through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, body image, self-harm, and relationship or family difficulties.

My approach is person-centred, warm, and collaborative. I create a space where you can feel safe, accepted, and understood - without needing to explain or justify your gender, sexuality, relationship style, or neurodivergence. I work at a pace that feels right for you, attuning to your needs, communication style, and lived experience.

I have lived experience as both neurodivergent and queer, which informs my practice and allows me to hold clients with empathy, attunement, and understanding. My focus is on building trust, exploring your experiences, and supporting you to feel more grounded, seen, and authentically yourself.

I offer in-person sessions in Milton Keynes, online counselling, and walking therapy, creating flexibility for how therapy can best work for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been working as a therapist for over 7 years and gained further certificates in Mindfulness & Trauma-informed therapy. My specialist areas include: Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Anxiety, ASD, Depression, Eating disorders, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Mood disorder, Neurodiversity, Post-traumatic stress, Redundancy, Relationships, Self-esteem, Self-harm, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, and work-related issues.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

We can agree to meet at the same time and day, but I also operate a flexible diary so we can find times that work with your availability, studies, shift work patterns, or other commitments.

Cancellation notice is 48 hours, or the full fee will be charged.

Further information

I offer a free 15-minute "Get to Know Me" call, giving you the opportunity to learn more about how I work and see if we connect. There’s no pressure to discuss the details of why you’re seeking counseling during this time - it’s simply a chance to explore whether we’d be a good fit. If you decide to book a session afterward, I’ll arrange a convenient day and time, send you a calendar invite, and provide my contact and payment details via email.
