MSc/ Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

About me

I am a Psychologist and CBT Therapist. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation difficulties, addictions, work-related stress, life transitions, minority stress, and sleep difficulties.

I believe that healing begins with understanding and feeling understood. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalised.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical responses are connected. By exploring these patterns, we can identify what may be maintaining your difficulties and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

Together, we'll build practical skills you can use in everyday life, with the aim of helping you become your own therapist and maintain progress long after our work together has ended. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your resilience, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

I offer a free 15–20 minute video consultation so you can decide whether we're a good fit. If you're ready to take the next step, feel free to get in touch to arrange a consultation. You can also learn more about me and my approach by visiting www.turntoself-therapy.com.

I offer therapy in both English and Polish.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
