About me
You may find yourself struggling with self-worth, anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense that something is “wrong” with you — even when life looks fine on the outside. You might appear capable and high-functioning, yet privately feel disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of who you really are.
Often these patterns didn’t begin with you. They can take shape in subtle early experiences — moments of feeling unseen, unsafe, or emotionally alone. When our needs aren’t fully met or mirrored, we adapt. Those adaptations can later show up in relationships, in self-criticism, or in a nervous system that rarely feels truly settled.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore whatever is troubling you right now, at your own pace. Together, we gently uncover the roots of your patterns, helping you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded from the inside out.
I trained at the Metanoia Institute and hold a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and a BSc Hons from Middlesex University. Since then, I have been training in different modalities such as Internal Family Systems and other trauma informed practices, such as the works of Gabor Maté and Bessel van der Kolk. I have a special interest in developmental trauma, co-dependency and complex-PTSD. I draw on a variety of theoretical approaches from Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, IFS and Person-centred theory. I tailor and combine these and other modalities to suit you as an individual, as I believe that no one size fits all.
About the sessions
I offer weekly online sessions. In our first session together, we will explore what you are needing help with and what your goals are. I offer a non-judgemental approach and issues are dealt with sensitivity. I aim to get you to a place where you feel empowered to be in charge of your own life. I hope to facilitate that by offering a relational approach to talk therapy.
Before booking your first session, I offer a free 15-minute consultation via telephone or zoom, for you to see whether I am the right fit for you.
I am bound by BACP’s ethical framework, so you can rest assured you will be in safe hands.

I am a Registered Member of BACP - The British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
