I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience as a therapist.
I am able to offer both short and long term therapy.
I have a special interest in relationship and interpersonal difficulties,difficulties stemming from childhood, work related issues, low self esteem, anxiety and depressive symptoms.
I have a variety of techniques to use during your therapy which allows for a flexible approach to meet your needs; including the use of Relational and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques.
I am also experienced in working with Childhood Survivors of Sexual Abuse; including working with traumatic experiences.

Various NHS settings including the Psychological Wellbeing Service (IAPT - High Intensity Integrative Therapist) and the Psychological Treatment Services (Addenbrookes Hospital - Honorary Therapist)
13 years Employee Assistance Program Counselling - work related stress and other issues.
