About me

If you've found yourself here, there's a good chance you're carrying more than you let on.

Maybe you're exhausted from holding everything together. Maybe you're stuck in the same patterns and don't know how to change them. Perhaps you're questioning relationships, struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by ADHD, or wondering why life feels harder than it looks for everyone else.

Many of the people I work with are in their 20s and 30s. From the outside, they often seem like they're coping. Inside, they're overthinking, people-pleasing, second-guessing themselves, feeling burnt out, or disconnected from who they really are.

Therapy gives you space to slow down and make sense of what's going on beneath the surface.

I'm a warm, down-to-earth counsellor who believes therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating. Clients often tell me they quickly feel comfortable talking with me. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself more clearly, untangle what's keeping you stuck, and build a life that feels more like your own.

I work with issues including:

• Anxiety and overthinking
• ADHD and neurodiversity
• Burnout and stress
• Low self-esteem and confidence
• Relationship difficulties
• People-pleasing and boundaries
• Trauma and difficult life experiences
• Feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of what you want

As someone who is neurodiverse myself, I understand that there is no "right" way to think, communicate, or process emotions. Whether you need structure, flexibility, movement, directness, or time to think, we can create a therapeutic space that works for you.

With over 10 years' experience in mental health, I offer a supportive, honest, and collaborative approach. Together we'll explore your past, understand your present, and help you move towards the future you want.

I offer online counselling for adults and young people.

Sessions are £45.
