Anxiety, Midlife Transition, ADHD, Relationship Difficulties

About us

You might be feeling anxious, stuck in your head, or caught in the same patterns that leave you doubting yourself. perhaps relationships feel complicated — you give a lot, but rarely feel truly seen. or you may feel like you have lost a sense of who you are through always putting others first.

It can feel overwhelming trying to make sense of it all on your own.

I offer calm, down-to-earth counselling for adults and young people — online and in person. Clients often describe me as honest, grounding and easy to talk to.

My sessions are steady and real, not clinical or full of jargon. You can show up exactly as you are.

I work with anxiety, relationship challenges and low self worth — often linked to patterns like people pleasing, overthinking or feeling responsible for others,

I work with ADHD, where you may be feeling overwhelmed, distracted or finding it hard to manage thoughts and emotions.

Together, we explore where these patterns come from and help you build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself and others.

I often support people who feel they have lost themselves - in relationships, during midlife, or through years of putting others first.

Our work focuses on helping you rebuild self-trust, feel more grounded, and reconnect with who you are.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different ways of working to fit what you need in the moment. Some sessions might focus on insight and understanding; others on calming the body and mind or exploring what feels stuck.

If you’re ready to stop carrying it all alone and want to feel more in control, more at peace, and more yourself again — this space is for you.

Reaching out is a brave step, and I’ll meet you with warmth and honesty every time.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
