About me
Please note, I’m not currently accepting new referrals at this time due to a full caseload. Please feel free to check back in the future, as availability may change.
You may be struggling with depression, anxiety, having difficulties dealing with life stressors or need support in overcoming past traumas. I can offer evidence based practices to help support you with these. Cognitive behavioural therapy is a space to not only talk about your challenges but learn how to move forward and build more helpful coping strategies.
I am a fully accredited BABCP psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in empowering people to take an active role in their own healing.
Whether you are struggling with current challenges or wanting to process difficult past experiences, therapy can help you develop tools and strategies to feel more in control of your emotions. It takes time and commitment, but I am here to support you throughout the process, helping you make sense of your thoughts and behaviours, and the impact they have.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have nearly 10 years of experience working within NHS psychological services across London. I support individuals experiencing common mental health difficulties, with particular expertise in anxiety disorders and depression. I collaborate closely with partner organisations to ensure the highest quality of care. In addition to my clinical work, I provide supervision to both qualified therapists and trainees.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Psychology

- Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Low Intensity CBT Interventions
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapies
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
