About me

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or just not your self lately. Sometimes our thoughts can become so heavy that we function just enough to get through the day. Maybe to the outside world you look content. If you're ready to explore, we can sit in it together.

I offer a confidential space for adults to work at your own pace. I believe your therapy sessions should be a place where you are met with empathy and warmth, helping you move towards a place of self-acceptance for the things we cannot change, and finding the strength to change the things we can.

I have experience in working with neurodivergent clients. Therefore, I understand that adjusting my way of working is key, and we can discuss any tailored adjustments that will create a comfortable environment for you.

My foundation is in person-centred counselling studies, but my current master's in Contemporary Relational studies enables me to bring systemic (relationship) and psychodynamic perspectives into our work. This means that while you will always lead the way, I will use curiosity to help us look at things from a fresh angle. At times I may be more interactive, offering gentle reflections, interventions, or tasks to help us explore deeper. Though you will always choose what feels helpful.

My in-person sessions are held in a quiet, private rooms in Cleethorpes or Louth, and I offer online video therapy nationwide. Please feel free to reach out to book a free 15 minute introductory telephone call. This gives us an opportunity to talk, ask questions and see how we might work together.

I always reply to messages, so please do check your spam or junk folder if you haven't heard back. To protect your privacy I am unable to return missed calls, please try me again or leave a voicemail or text, and I will get back to you.
