About me

Are you finding relationships difficult? Do you find that you're often thinking about the past, or worrying about the future, and that you struggle to connect to the present moment? You might find that you feel unable to control your emotions, and that you feel you're doing everything wrong.

I specialise in working with anxiety, trauma and the impacts of trauma (anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief, and more). Whether you have a diagnosis or you're working through traumatic memories, I can help you rebuild your life and reclaim your identity.

Trauma is a lonely road that we travel. We can feel intensely isolated, out of place and unsure of what to do and where to go. You're not alone, we can walk the path together and work towards your goals. No problem is too big or too small.

I am an integrative therapist with a background in Psychology. This means I will use different types of therapy depending on what you need at that moment:
- CBT (including Trauma Focused CBT)
- Person-centred/humanistic
- Psychodynamic.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Somatic Experiencing.

~~BOOKING AN INTRODUCTORY CALL~~
