About me

You may look like you’re coping on the outside; managing work, relationships, and daily life, but underneath, you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you find it hard to relax, struggle to trust others, feel as though you overthink everything, or feel stuck in patterns that seem impossible to change.

For many people, these difficulties begin much earlier in life. Growing up in environments where emotional needs were unmet, boundaries were unclear, or safety and consistency were missing can leave lasting effects that continue into adulthood. You may notice this showing up in your relationships, self-worth, emotions, or the way you respond to stress and conflict.

I specialise in working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma, developmental trauma, or emotionally difficult early life experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe space where we can gently explore the impact of the past, helping you better understand yourself, develop emotional safety, and move towards lasting change.

Childhood issues that I work with:

- Sexual assault/abuse
- Loss of memories
- Emotional neglect

- Difficult family dynamics
- Neglect
- Bullying
- Domestic/physical abuse
- Parentification
- Childhood bereavement
- Complex trauma/PTSD
- Childhood anxiety
- Childhood depression
- Children of emotionally immature parents

Book a free 15-minute introductory call with me so we can discuss what's bringing you to therapy further - then we can try to find a session slot that works for us to begin your therapeutic journey. Sessions are £60 per 50 minutes each.

I am also a neurodivergent therapist and can offer a neuro-affirming approach for clients who are neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum/ADHD/Dyspraxia/Dyscalculia). Together, we can explore how your brain works, better understand both your past and present experiences, and find strategies that genuinely support you.

Alongside my background in mental health, I hold a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology with extensive research experience in neuroscience and neurobiology. This allows me to bring a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection into our work together. In addition to emotional support and talking therapy, I incorporate practical, neuroscience-informed strategies that you can take away with you.

I also offer couples therapy for partners who may be feeling stuck in recurring patterns of conflict, distance, miscommunication, or emotional disconnection. Relationships can become strained when stress, anxiety, trauma, life changes, or unmet emotional needs begin to impact how we communicate and relate to one another. Couples therapy provides a supportive and non-judgemental space to better understand each other’s experiences, improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Whether you are navigating frequent arguments, intimacy difficulties, betrayal, parenting challenges, or simply want to improve your relationship, we can work together to create healthier patterns and a stronger sense of understanding within your relationship.

Couples therapy sessions are £100 for 50 minutes or £150 for 90 minutes.
