I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist. I offer one-to-one client sessions five minutes from Balham tube / national rail station. I also offer a full range of online counselling services including via email, SMS text messaging and Skype. I can offer you a tailored package of client sessions that suits your needs. My focus is on supporting each client to achieve what they hope for in life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have an MSc Therapeutic Counselling (Distinction) and am certificated in Online Counselling. I also have an MSc in Public Health Nutrition and a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
I am experienced in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. I have particular expertise in supporting clients with longterm health conditions and those suffering from losses / traumas including bereavement. I also have considerable experience of working with young people from the age of 11.
Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I worked for years as a Producer for the BBC and as a Public Health Nutritionist for organisations including Public Health England. I have experience of working in high stress and high profile roles with an understanding of the pressures this can bring to life.

Students and university
My hourly rate for one-to-one psychotherapy sessions (online and in-person) is £60. My fee for each email exchange is £40 but if you book six exchanges in advance you will only be charged for five.
I can offer you a mix of in-person and online work with a fee agreed between us for this work.
I believe in psychotherapy because it helped me to change my life. I can offer you understanding and non-judgmental support while you work through the challenges you are facing. I can offer you a safe, confidential space to raise issues and feelings that are difficult to share with others who are close to you.
Therapy does not need to take a long time and it does not mean you have to start by talking about your childhood. We can work on what is on your mind now and focus on what you feel is most important.
