About me

You might be feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected – perhaps unsure how to make sense of what’s happening or how to move forward. I offer a calm, reflective space where we can explore what’s troubling you and find ways to bring more clarity, confidence, and meaning into your life.

I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I bring over 10 years of experience working across a range of NHS services, from community to specialist care, as well as in university and private settings.

How I can help

I work with adults experiencing challenges such as:

  • Relationship or communication difficulties
  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism
  • Life transitions or major changes
  • A loss of direction or purpose

Therapy with me provides space to understand what’s happening at a deeper level and to develop more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others

Working online

I currently offer online sessions, supporting clients across the UK.

Next steps

If what I’ve shared resonates with you, please feel free to get in touch for an initial session.

Training, qualifications & experience

My work is grounded in a relational psychodynamic approach. This means that we explore how early experiences and relationships have shaped the ways you understand yourself and connect with others. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes an important part of the process — a space where patterns can be noticed, understood, and gently transformed. Through this, you can develop a deeper sense of self and more authentic connections in your life.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
