About me

Hello, I'm Jenny – an integrative counsellor based near Hampton Court in Surrey.

Choosing a counsellor can feel like a big step, and it’s important that you find someone you feel safe and comfortable with. My aim is to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and able to explore whatever is on your mind - without fear of judgement.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to suit your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together in a way that feels right for you.

I know what it’s like to sit in the client’s chair - the nerves, the vulnerability, and the relief of finally being heard. That lived experience helps me bring empathy and authenticity to my work.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in the charity sector supporting people from all walks of life. I also volunteer with the Samaritans, mentor young people, and am an active member of my local scout group. Supporting others has always been at the heart of who I am.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a fan of animals, live music, and all things geeky - from board games to video games. These interests help me connect with people in a real and down-to-earth way.

If you're looking for someone to walk alongside you as you explore what’s going on in your life, I’m here to listen and support you at your pace.

Let’s talk, and see if we’re a good fit.
