About me
As an integrative counsellor, I am dedicated to providing a warm and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. With a wealth of experience working with individuals during times of personal need, I offer careful, considered listening backed by professional skills. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are navigating difficult emotions or seeking guidance, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
As a fully registered member of the BACP, I ensure the highest standards of practice and professionalism. Together, we can work towards healing, growth, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Compassionate, Tailored Therapy to Support Your Journey
My approach to counselling is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Gestalt, Existential Therapy, Choice Theory, and Psychodynamic approaches. This diverse skill set allows me to adapt our work to your unique needs, ensuring that the therapeutic process evolves alongside you.
I offer support for a variety of concerns, including:
- Depression, anxiety, and low mood
- Panic, stress, and low motivation
- Grief, loss, and attachment wounds
- Identity, self-esteem, and relational challenges
- Family difficulties and life transitions
- Navigating new diagnoses (such as Autism or ADHD)
- Coping with health diagnoses—whether your own or a loved one’s
- Managing the impact of long-term health conditions
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to collaboration, respect, and a client-led approach. I believe in honouring your individuality and working together in a way that feels right for you.
While I have received some training in counselling from a Christian perspective, I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow.
Is counselling for me?
The human experience inevitability includes seasons of difficulty, and therapy is an empowering tool that can help us remember, rebuild and restore our incredible strength and capacity for resilience in the face of struggles.
I have received some training with a Christian worldview, but I work openly with people from all backgrounds and faiths.
If you have any further questions feel free to reach out for a chat on the phone about your current therapy needs!

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
