About me

Friendly, constructive therapy from someone who can empathise and offer a positive environment to work on your issues! I decided to completely change career after having counselling myself. I am more than aware of the consequences stress and anxiety can have on individuals. I decided to make a difference by counselling those that needed help from someone who had been there, done that and got the T-Shirt.

At Cloud9 Therapy, I provide dynamic and friendly psycho-therapeutic services to clients throughout the local area of Chelmsford. I am located in the heart of Chelmsford, working from my own private practice. My approach encourages you to change your life forever by becoming more self aware, accepting and learning from experiences and behaviours, and learning new coping mechanisms you can implement throughout your life.

My style of therapy is designed to help you feel more in control and have a more positive experience of life. Many individuals suffer in silence from stress, anxiety and other issues - I aim to help you to learn how to cope better using an approach that is honest, straight-forward, understanding and empathetic.

I am qualified to Diploma level (with distinction) in Hypnotherapy and Advanced Diploma level in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society.

Further information

If you need any further information on counselling or hypnotherapy, how therapy works, the process, or have any further questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact me, I am happy to provide all the information you need. Therapy can seem like a scary prospect, facing your issues is one of the bravest things you will ever do.

I write regularly for two local magazines about Counselling and Hypnotherapy. My articles are published monthly in Chelmsford The City Times and The Moulsham Times. As well as being published in print by Its Your Media you can read them online via issue.com. I work with private individual clients and with patients referred to me from private medical companies therefore I have experience using online portals and writing patient assessments. I also own and run Chelmsford Therapy Rooms - a room rental service for qualified therapists and a therapy referral service for those seeking private therapy. Anyone using the room is required to provide full credentials before joining.
