About me
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck or unsure which direction your life is heading?
I’m Jen, a warm, integrative therapist, counsellor and coach working with young adults.
I work with people who feel lost, anxious, or stuck - especially around identity, confidence, or direction and want space to understand themselves and move forward with more clarity. My approach is integrative, evidence-based and responsive to each client’s presenting needs. I offer in-person sessions in Putney (SW15 2SP) or online sessions for your convenience.
I have several years experience in working with teenager and young adults. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years supporting teenagers and young adults in mentoring and development-focused roles, both in the UK and internationally. This means I bring both clinical training and real-world experience of the pressures, uncertainty and identity questions that many young people face today.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting - maybe you tell yourself “I’m fine” or “I should just figure this out myself.” You’re not alone in that. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy; we’ll make sense of things gently together.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can explore whether this feels like a good fit for you. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences and helping you build self-trust, clarity and direction in a way that feels right for you.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where we make sense of what’s been weighing you down at your pace. My approach brings together evidence-based counselling and practical coaching to help you make sense of what’s happening internally while building confidence and direction for the future.
I work integratively, drawing from:
- Person-centred therapy
- Psychodynamic insights
- Gestalt, existential, and transactional analysis approaches
- Cognitive and behavioural approaches
- Coaching tools that support clarity, action, and momentum
Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface: your story, emotions, patterns, and hopes, while also finding practical steps to help you move forward. People often come away feeling more grounded in who they are, more confident in their decisions and calmer in their day-to-day life.
Whether you’re looking for therapy, coaching, or a blend of both, our work is shaped around your needs and is at your pace.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Before we begin, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. This gives you a chance to hear more about how I work, share what you’re hoping for from therapy, and ask any questions. From there, we can decide together whether it feels like a good fit.
I also can facilitate Christian counselling and coaching. However, I will not introduce this without your requesting it. I work with all faiths and none. Therapy is always led by your values, not mine.
