About me

Welcome!

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, meaning that I use a wide variety of approaches including CBT, person-centred and solution-focused brief therapy. I combine these approaches according to the client's needs, believing no two people or issue can be solved with one process.

I work from the premise that our early experiences have a big influence on who we are today. From the early years, we learn to adapt to our environment, often at the cost of our more creative and unique sides. I see those experiences as powerful forces subconsciously shaping our lives, determining how we are in the world now, how we relate to others and what is the relationship with ourselves.

Therapy provides an opportunity to heal the wounds of the painful disconnections from the past by expressing your truth in a confidential and non-judgemental space. It can be challenging, but it can present opportunities for growth and life that feels more real and satisfying.

I have a DBS enhanced certificate and am fully insured. I work with adults, children and young people. I offer a FREE initial session. To book your first appointment please contact me on 07956 394921 or click here to send me an email
