About me
Hi I'm Jasmine, I'm glad you've found me. I'm a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) and an Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist. I have experience in treating a wide range of psychological difficulties. Anxiety, phobias, panic attacks? Low self-esteem, or confidence issues? I'm here to help. Together, we'll make sense of what's going on and develop strategies to break free from anxiety's grip. I'm passionate about helping people find their motivation, self-confidence, and squash self-doubt so you can live your best life. If you're looking for a therapist who gets it, is encouraging, straight forward, I'm happy to explore anything you'd like to discuss.
I offer remote sessions online or over the phone, and face-to-face sessions in Whittlesey, Peterborough.
CBT and EMDR are both evidence-based treatments for trauma-related symptoms and PTSD, helping individuals process painful memories from their past and reclaim their lives. CBT is particularly effective in treating anxiety problems, offering a path to conquering fears and building self-confidence. I want to teach you to become your own therapist.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in CBT and qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in 2018. I am Fully Accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP). Accreditation number: 180706.
I am fully trained in EMDR, and obtained certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy, Level 1-3) in 2020, with EMDR Masterclass. This is an EMDR Accredited Training Course, delivered by EMDR Europe Accredited Senior Trainer: Dr Michael Paterson, OBE.
As an experienced therapist with 15 years in the mental health field, I've spent the last 13 years specialising in cognitive behavioural principles.
I am a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, which means my clinical practice is supported by regular supervision to ensure safe, ethical, and effective care. As part of my professional accreditation, I am also required to engage in ongoing training and continuing professional development (CPD).
I have also undergone further specialist training in:
- Evidence-Based High Intensity CBT for Long-Term Health Conditions (LTC's) and Medically Unexplained Symptoms (MUS), University of East Anglia
- Autism Training – Adapting CBT for People with Autism
Please see my "about me" section on my website for more information about me and my journey.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
