About me
I am a Person Centred psychotherapist.
Using talk therapy and through creative means I allow clients to feel comfortable to express themselves and work at a pace they are comfortable with.
I can help with anxiety, bereavement, grief, depression, stress and many more issues that may have an impact on an individuals every day living.
Life can throw us some real curve balls and sometimes we just need that extra listening ear to help us come to terms and have a better understanding of what it means to us as individuals as we navigate this unpredictable road.
A quote I live by is "slow and steady wins the race" There is no quick fix; only time, patience and the ability to walk with people on their journey.
