I am a qualified Integrative counsellor offering you a confidential and non-judgemental environment where you are valued as an individual. We will work together to explore your thoughts and feelings, allowing insight to any problems you may be experiencing in your life.
I do not aim to offer advice, but to work together to help you to re-evaluate and discover the best way for you to make changes which can improve your life and relationships. I work with individuals or couples.
I work from home in a private and confidential environment in Great Dunmow.
Using the Integrative method of counselling allows me to draw on different models to find the best method of working with you as an individual client, tailored to suit your needs.
Our initial meeting to discuss your requirements does not commit you to further sessions unless you wish to proceed. If you wish to continue sessions we will arrange a regular time, usually weekly, to suit us both.
Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer short term or open ended counselling.
I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and bound by its ethical guidelines for good practice. I am an Applied EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner. I am fully insured.
