Jane Dobbins MBACP (Senior Accrd) UKRC MBACP Accred Supervisor
I am an experienced senior BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist & supervisor, providing long term and short term at my practice.
Our first steps for help are often the hardest but counselling can help with difficulties and emotional stress caused by loss, relationship breakdown, work worries and painful life events. Talking with a counsellor can help you to understand how past experiences, and worry about the future or lack of confidence may be affecting your life today. A professional counsellor can help you to reflect on how you are responding to your life events, and help you to explore how you relate more effectively to others and yourself. Counselling provides a unique professional relationship to explore your thoughts and feelings, aiming to help you make your own choices and bring about change.
I provide an EAP Counselling counselling for companies staff/employees.
