About me
Hi, I'm Jane, and I'm here to support you in making positive changes in your life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, or any other life challenge, I'm here to listen and help you find your best path forward. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for exploring your challenges, drawing principally on Person-Centred Therapy but also other approaches as needed.
My approach is entirely tailored to your unique needs. I don't offer a one-size-fits-all solution or dictate what you should do. Instead, I'm here to listen to your concerns, stories, and struggles, helping you determine the best path forward. I have experience assisting individuals dealing with various life challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks, communication difficulties, low self-esteem, and relationship issues, among others. Even if you can't quite put your feelings into words and simply feel that something is amiss, I can support you.
My counselling room is in central Exeter, and I also offer online sessions. If you're ready to take the next step, visit my website (www.blackburncounselling.com) to book a free introductory session. I very look forward to working with you in addressing your unique situation and challenges, and helping you move forward in a way that's right for you.
