About me
DISCOVER // EXPLORE // GROW
You may be considering counselling because of something you are struggling to cope with at the time, or because you want to change something that's holding you back. You may have a general feeling that something isn't quite right without knowing where to begin.
Whatever the reason for you contemplating counselling, I will work with you in a warm, caring way to explore whatever you are facing.
I am committed to working closely with you, in a way tailored to your unique circumstances, needs and preferences, so that you are able to better understand your own experiences, feelings and beliefs. As a counsellor using an integrated approach*, I can draw on different methods of counselling, depending on what will be most helpful in your personal growth, always with a client-centred focus.
There is no judgment or expectation in my safe, confidential counselling space. Whether your experiences are current, or in the recent past, or from a long time ago, they may be impacting your life in some way. Whatever it is that you wish to work through, it is never too soon or too late to seek help and start living life more fully!
Therapy sessions can take place in person, in a dedicated Therapy Shed in a peaceful garden setting (South Cheshire), or online.
