About me
I’m a UK-based BACP & NCPS Accredited integrative psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working across private practice, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), organisational wellbeing, and complex therapeutic work.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, trauma, stress and burnout, identity and self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, workplace pressures, and life transitions. Alongside private practice, I also deliver wellbeing and psychoeducational training internationally and have worked within clinical leadership roles across national and global services.
My approach is integrative, relational, and psychologically informed, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, relational, and solution-focused approaches depending on your individual needs. My work is also informed by ongoing specialist training in areas including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT-informed approaches, Compassion Focused Therapy, Gottman-informed couples work, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Single Session Therapy approaches.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, straightforward, and able to bring clarity to situations that feel emotionally confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. I aim to provide a collaborative and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, supported, and gently challenged towards meaningful change.
I offer both shorter-term focused work and longer-term exploratory therapy depending on what feels most appropriate and helpful for you.

Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, alongside an MSc in Psychology. I am accredited by both the BACP and NCPS and have over 10 years of experience across private practice, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), organisational wellbeing, and complex therapeutic work.
My background includes extensive experience supporting clients within both short term and longer term therapeutic work, including Single Session Therapy (SST), trauma informed practice, emotional regulation work, crisis support, workplace mental health, and psychologically complex presentations. I have worked with clients across a broad range of personal, relational, and occupational difficulties within both clinical and organisational settings.
Alongside therapy practice, I have held clinical leadership roles across national and global services, including positions involving operational leadership, governance, clinician support, supervision, risk management, and post incident support within high pressure environments. I have also led and managed large, diverse, international clinical teams.
In addition to clinical work, I deliver wellbeing and psychoeducational training internationally for organisations, teams, and professionals across a range of mental health and workplace wellbeing topics.
My ongoing professional development includes training in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT informed approaches, Compassion Focused Therapy, Gottman informed couples work, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Single Session Therapy approaches. I remain committed to ongoing evidence informed development and reflective practice throughout my work.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

As a former member of the uniformed services, I have a particular interest in working with veterans, ex-military personnel, and emergency services staff. I understand the unique challenges that come with transitioning out of service, managing operational stress, and adjusting to civilian life.
I also work extensively with corporate professionals, frontline workers, and those in high-pressure environments, helping them manage stress, performance, and wellbeing.

Further information
Alongside my therapy practice, I also work internationally as a mental health trainer, facilitator, and consultant, delivering wellbeing and psychoeducational workshops across organisational, clinical, and corporate settings. My work has included supporting global organisations, leaders, teams, and professionals around areas such as stress and burnout, emotional wellbeing, resilience, communication, psychological safety, trauma informed approaches, and mental health awareness within the workplace.
My background across private practice, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), organisational wellbeing, and clinical leadership allows me to bring together psychological depth with practical, real world application. Training sessions are designed to be engaging, psychologically informed, and directly relevant to the environments people are working within.
Alongside training and consultancy work, I continue to provide integrative therapy remotely for adults across the UK and internationally, offering both shorter term focused work and longer term exploratory therapy depending on individual need.
