About me
Thank you for taking the time to read my page. I invite you to get in touch to arrange an initial consultation. This is where we can talk about what you would like to get from counselling and what, in particular, has led to you looking for a counsellor now. It’s also an opportunity to see how you feel being in the counselling environment and ask any questions you may have about the counselling process itself.
I can offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental space for you to talk through your experiences and work towards bringing about positive life changes.
You can contact me by phone or email. If you choose to call me and I am to unable answer, then please feel free to leave a message on my confidential answering machine, and I will return your call as soon as possible. I respond to calls and emails between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. If your contact is outside of these hours then I will get back to you the next working day.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Warmest regards,
James
