About me

Life can feel overwhelming and draining bringing anxiety about how to move forward.  It feels easier to stay small thinking it’s safer. Deep down though you know that avoiding change means you are choosing to stay stuck. I’ve been there and I know that finding a new playlist for your mind isn’t easy.

Change, as intimidating as it can be, is also an incredible opportunity for growth. It all depends on the lens you’re looking through. Whether you’re navigating a major life shift or making small, meaningful adjustments, it is really hard to move through the process alone with confidence and clarity.

It isn’t just about resolving old wounds or stressing about things that haven’t happened yet. Living in the past can trap you, while living in the future can paralyse you with fear. Our work is about finding balance and discovering new ways to live a more fulfilling, present life.

When we start a conversation together, we can explore what you're ready to leave behind.

Whether you choose therapy in person (Bristol - Westbury on Trym), or online, we’ll safely untangle old patterns and cement lasting change. You can pause, breathe, and we can work toward freedom together; it’s something I believe in because I’ve seen firsthand how it transforms lives and relationships— including mine.

Let's get your mind on your side. It is your most powerful tool, and I can help you get it working for you.

Be brave and get in touch today and we can we can have a short FREE consultation about how I can help you see things differently and get to where you want to go.
